I arrived in Arambol two days ago and a cyclone had just hit this region just the night before I was here. On the first day here, the rain was still coming down hard and the beaches were empty and full of washed up trash that scattered the sandy ground.

I had come to Arambol to visit my friend Matt who I had spent 2 months living with at a healing retreat center in Peru in 2017 and it has been wonderful to be reunited here in India.

I have also explored opportunities in which I am awaiting news so stay tuned for updates on where I mightl be staying next.

Today, the weather has cleared up and I enjoyed one of what I believe will be many sunsets that I will see while I am here.

Also, the festivities to celebrate Diwali has begun and fireworks, candles, and beautiful artwork made from colourful powders can be seen everywhere.

Happy Diwali to all! 🕯️🕯️🕯️
