First day in India! - Feb 9th, 2019

Sikh temple in New Delhi

So much to see and experience here. Spent the past 11 hours walking in Delhi. Walked through streets packed with workers getting ready for the day. Lines of homeless men getting served a meal of plain rice. Children playing with garbage on busy streets. Saw the Red fort, the India Gate, Raj Ghat, walked through street food and crafts markets, and visited this Sikh temple. I have been treated to chai by locals and food and coffee by travelers and have yet to spend a single rupee today. It's only day 2 in India and it's still 6pm!
